Delivery information

Bookily cards are delivered individually to each recipient by 1st Class with free delivery. Please allow 3-4 working days from date of order to receipt.

Personalised gift and greetings cards are made with care and processes like printing your designs and encoding the cards take time. For all personalised products (or standard cards if ordered together with personalised products) delivery is usually expected in 4-6 working days from date of order.

Standard cards delivery is usually expected in 1-3 working days from date of order (1-2 days for special deliveries).

You can track your order status by signing into your account and selecting “track order”. Delivery tracking is available for Signed For, Special Deliveries, and all orders over £50 that require a signature. 

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends & public holidays. If your delivery has taken more than 6 working days to arrive please contact our customer service team.

For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail for the majority of orders but will use other services where appropriate. Delivery charges vary according to the value ordered as specified below.
